What I Do
Customized Approach
Every dog and family has different needs, goals, and personalities. Training plans are customized to goals and progress, not perfection.
Real-World Training
All training plans start in low distraction environments, building up to working on known behaviors in public with consistency.
Continued Education
Regular upkeep of industry standards and behavioral studies through continued education and ongoing certification.
Realistic Lesson Plans
Lesson plans within the overarching training plan reflect achievable steps that you and your dog can practice in between sessions.
Pawfect Partner LLC is designed with working dog parents in mind — no generic programs, just training that fits in with your lifestyle and goals. I help families, new dog owners, and those just needing a little guidance build a relationship with their dog built on trust while helping both gain confidence in an unpredictable world.
Who I Work With
-
80% of my training with young puppies is focused on socialization skills, gradual exposure to the world, and owner education. Basic obedience is taught according to temperament and age. Puppies go through a few different developmental periods that affect behavior and learning, so each training plan is designed with that in mind.

Training sessions for adult dogs are highly customizable based on lifestyle, drive, breed, temperament, age, and skill. Training plans are unique to the individual and are non-transferrable between dogs.
Note: I do not specialize in aggression. If you are dealing with aggression, please refer to IAABC Certified Behaviorists for complex behavioral modification.

Older dogs are just as fulfilling to work with and teach as young pups! Training plans for senior dogs revolve primarily around enrichment, practical obedience, adaptive skills, cooperative care, and management of behavior.
Why My Approach Works
My approach is based on canine learning theory and operant conditioning. It’s not unique, and it shouldn’t be; it is the fundamentals of psychology and learning based on a scientific approach of modifying behavior.
Any training tools necessary for safety of either the dog, myself, you, or the public, (i.e., a muzzle, slip lead, or harness) are used humanely and paired with rewards-based learning.
